15.07.2020 - Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic we moved all our services online. This remains in place so we are operating virtually. Some teams are running at reduced staff capacity but the need for adopters is greater than ever so please do get in touch. We will be closed from Monday 10th August to Friday 10th August but are contactable online now and during that time.
IAC is a charity, not-for-profit and an accredited, legally registered adoption agency. We run outstanding services to support children and families affected by adoption. In 2020 we had our third consecutive outstanding judgement from Ofsted. Contact us and judge for yourselves.
We are looking for special parents to adopt some of the world's most vulnerable children who are waiting for families right now. You can be single, married, LGBTQ, a parent or disabled or more. Others have done it. So can you. #YouCanAdopt
We work with almost every country in the world but you need to be eligible to apply under their laws as well as be approved by us in the UK. Many of our adopters are from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds adopting from countries they are connected to. Contact us to talk things through.
Like the rest of the world IAC was shocked at the death of George Floyd and we support the Black Lives Matter movement. All children adopted through IAC are from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds. Our mission is to improve life chances for all our children, and we cannot do this properly in a world where racism exists. Here are some thoughts from our CEO, Satwinder Sandhu.
